Although I did not eat as healthy as I wanted to today I realised that there were two positive things that I did end up doing. The first was drinking a lot of water and the second was being active and moving constantly as I tidied around the home. Doing both these things helped me feel better about the day. Tomorrow I will write out a plan of attack for my exercises and aim to get a whole body workout during the week. Never give up, just pick yourself up and get back on track as soon as you can.
