Day 3
I have decide to make today a ‘free’ day. Having not exercised and eaten ‘party’ foods.
I did need a rest day though as my whole body feels like it has been put through a wringer. My legs, arms, glutes and arms are sore as ever added to that I am just feeling exhausted from not sleeping well. I think sleep is what I need to work on next to make sure I am getting my zzzzzz. I will not beat myself up about it and just start again tomorrow, although it is Saturday, I will get back on track.
